A few things...

So our latest project was this backsplash in our kitchen....its like antique lookin' tin that was super easy to install.....but now I'm stuck and need some opinions, should we leave it the color that it is or paint it? Does it blend in too much or clash with the counters? Please be honest because if you're not, then you leave me with an ugly backsplash!!!!! And people will walk through my house and say to themselves, poor thing, what an ugly backsplash and she thinks it looks good. :)

This picture has nothing to do with backsplashes, but it was one of our last nights and we both look pretty smashed....I mean awesome.

I might have a secret!!!!! SHHHHHHH I'm DYING to tell but I can't, not yet anyway, but I atleast had to say the word secret to keep me from spilling my guts. I will tell soon....

i know the secret ha ha to everyone who doesn't! As far as the back splash it looks awesome but may be a little cream over or something so it doesn't blend into the countertop. but i dont know you have always had better home decorating skills then me. love you miss you love you again

What?! What is it?? K, you've either got to be pregnant or engaged!! I can't wait to find out! I think the backsplash looks great. I agree with Harms--it would look really good with some cream over it to have a better contrast from the counter...then again I have never decorated like that before so you know better than me!

you KILL me!! I am dying to know your little secret! do tell! and HURRY! the back splash is cute but i do agree it might need some contrast like a cream black or pale turquoise and you could scuff it up and make it look kind of old. but i'm weird I LOVE old stuff!

The backsplash looks great by the way. I like the idea of doing it teal (I have seen that in a lot of homes lately and it's a great color to add some spice) or I would do an antique white wash over it. But even if you leave it alone it still looks fab! Good job you little interior decorator you!
